My client Renaissance Retirement develop premium retirement apartments in the South of England.
Unlike many developers, they retain and manage the properties for the long term. So the gardens are not just a short term ‘show home’ but a real garden for owners to enjoy, year round.
Every property is different. So every garden is different in size and style. But the gardens all have communal spaces for owners to gather, as well as private corners for a quiet coffee or chat.
The planting is designed with plenty of evergreen structure so that the gardens look smart and inviting year round with the plans including furniture, pots and even table decorations.
Here are a few examples of completed gardens where I produced a Masterplan for Planning submission, along with planting plans and Soft Landscaping and Implementation plans for the completed developments.
I worked on plans for properties in Paignton, Wareham, Christchurch, Romsey, Hartley Wintney, Wimborne, Marlborough, Wantage, Sandhurst and Haywards Heath.
